Thomas N. Hendrickson founds Computerized Pollution Abatement Corporation to manufacture silver recovery equipment, which enables photofinishers to reduce polluting discharge to the environment and become more profitable. |

Installs its first system for recovering silver from photographic developer. |

1974 |
Installs the industry's first-ever electrolytic equipment for silver recovery from bleach-fix. Also exhibits for the first time at Photokina, the photo industry's largest trade show. |

Name of firm is shortened to CPAC, Inc. |

1980 |
Joint Venture with B.R. MacKay forms Profit Recovery Systems (PRS), a sales and marketing organization for equipment and silver refining. |

IPO of CPAC stock (Nasdaq NNM: CPAK) raises $2.67 million for 677,000 shares. CPAC has now installed more than 1000 systems in 80 countries. |

Adds color photographic chemicals to its equipment line with the acquisition of Trebla Chemical Company -- its first foray into specialty chemicals. |

Acquires Allied Photo Products, a manufacturer of chemistry for the medical, dental and graphic arts industries, which is later named Allied Diagnostic Imaging Resources. This move supports CPAC's strategy to penetrate new Imaging markets. |

Acquires IMG Photo Products, a maker of silver recovery units for medical and graphic arts.
Forms joint venture with N.V. Ampaco S.A., in Belgium to create CPAC Europe, a color photographic manufacturer establishing CPAC's presence in global markets. |

Imaging Group companies begin to market Fuller-branded cleaning and skin care products for use by photo and medical lab personnel. |

Acquires an 80% interest in distributor RT Chem Corporation and begins manufacturing in Pretoria, South Africa. CPAC Africa is the only photographic chemical packager on the continent. |

Breaks ground on 105K ft2 distribution center at Fuller's Great Bend, KS plant. |
1998 |
Breaks ground on CPAC Asia in Bangkok, Thailand, which becomes CPAC's sixth global chemical manufacturing facility.
Acquires PerfectView, maker of medical x-ray illuminators, to enhance CPAC's equipment manufacturing capabilities. |

1999 |
Acquires SteriDent, a manufacturer of dry heat sterilizers and evacuation systems for dental and medical markets, which are manufactured by CPAC Equipment Division. |

2001 |
Allied signs multi-year agreements with Premier, Inc. and Radiology Partners, Inc., a strategic move to strengthen its position with Group Purchasing Organizations. |

Arcancil®, an exclusive line of color cosmetics imported from France, is added to further develop Stanley's personal care product offerings. |
2002 |
CPAC takes 19% position in TURA AG, a German manufacturer and supplier of photographic paper, film emulsion products, and wide-format inkjet printing consumables. Each company can now offer the complete bundle of film, paper, chemistry, silver recovery and silver refining -- the industry's most complete package. |

The Fuller Brush Company completes a successful first year selling consumer goods via QVC television home shopping, bringing Fuller's quality products into the living rooms of tens of millions of potential customers. |
2003 |
CPAC increases its equity investment in TURA AG from 19% to 40%, providing even greater incentive for our companies to work together toward becoming total service providers to Imaging customers worldwide. |

The Fuller Brush Company launches its initiative to take products directly to consumers in the retail space. Customers include regional grocery chains such as Stop 'n' Shop and big-box retailers such as Wal-Mart. |
2004 |

2006 |
CPAC, Inc. established a manufacturing and distribution presence on mainland China, now a wholly-owned subsidiary of CPAC Asia Imaging Products LTD. |

2007 |
CPAC purchases certain assets from Konica Minolta Photochem Thailand (PCTH) and will manufacture that company's photographic chemistry at the CPAC Asia plant in Thailand under the new Sentry brand.
Pending shareholder approval, CPAC will merge with Buckingham Capital Partners, effectively taking the company private. The deal is expected to close before the end of March 2007. |
