.CPAC, Inc. (Nasdaq: CPAK) announced today that
it has named Wendy F. Clay to Chief Operating Officer of the Stanley Home Products (SHP)
direct selling business. Ms. Clay will report directly to CPAC, Inc. Senior Vice President
and Chief Operating Officer, Robert C. Isaacs.
Commenting on Ms. Clays appointment, Mr. Isaacs said, "Wendy has been
involved in the transitional management of two CPAC subsidiaries and has a strong
background in business operations and marketing. As Chief Operating Officer for SHP she
will provide overall strategic direction for the business to capitalize on opportunities
in the direct selling industry, as well as assume responsibility for all operations and
performance of the business."
"I look forward to the opportunity to assist Stanley Home Products in enhancing
its already solid position within the direct selling industry," Ms. Clay said.

development of products and programs to service the personal care needs of some of the

Ms. Clay began her career with CPAC in 1982. She has served as President, CPAC
Equipment Division; Acting Chief Operating Officer, Allied Diagnostic Imaging Resources;
and Vice President, Administration for CPAC, Inc. She completed an MBA from the University
of Rochesters Simon School of Business, and has a Bachelor of Arts from the
University of Kentucky.
Founded in 1931, Stanley Home Products is a marketer of over 200 cleaning and personal
care products sold by a nationwide network of approximately 9,000 customer representatives
via "the party plan", a method developed by founder Frank Stanley Beveridge. Its
products include high-quality household cleaners as well as new lines of skincare and
