Leicester, NY ... CPAC, Inc. announced the
appointment of Read D. McNamara to President of its Fuller Brands business
segment, effective May 7, 2001. Mr. McNamara assumes total financial and
operational responsibility for Fuller Brands companies, including The Fuller
Brush Company of Great Bend, KS; Cleaning Technologies Group, CPAC's commercial
cleaning division; and Stanley Home Products, a direct selling company offering

Mr. McNamara has over 25 years' experience in
global business development, marketing, and executive management for Fortune 500
companies. He has a record of leading double-digit growth in sales and
profitability for major consumer products companies including Pillsbury,
Gillette, Revlon, and Bausch and Lomb. He has been responsible for managing the
growth of some of the world's most recognized retail brands, including Right
Guard, Paper Mate, Green Giant, Haagen Dazs, Healthy Choice, and Ray Ban.

Mr. McNamara received his MBA from The Wharton
School at the University of Pennsylvania, and holds an MA in Latin American
Studies from Vanderbilt University, a BA from Colgate University, and is fluent
in Spanish. He resides in Rochester, NY.
